Anyone had any thoughts on a Weyerbacher Heresy clone? I know it's the same beer as one of their others, except they age it in Kentucky Bourbon barrels. They don't list the ingredients, however, on the "parent" beer (Weyerbacher Old Heathen) they say they use 7 types of malts and two types of hops. Heresy is a sweeter stout, not a lot of IBUs in there.
