Has anyone ever tried using one of these for a kegerator/bar? (Not sure if the picture attached) but this would be perfect!

I don't know about perfect. It's uninsulated and seems like it would be a ton of work. Seems much easier to use a kegerator, minifridge or keezer.

I mean the piece of furniture as the bar itself since it is designed to fit a mini fridge like that then you have the shelves and drawers for glasses or booze. Then drill a keg tap up through the top of it and you are good to go!

Didn't even see the fridge...thought it was stereo equipment.
I don't see why it wouldn't work. I don't know a whole lot about this stuff though so take that for what it's worth.
