Just 3 months after making and I have bottled this recipe. Good stuff already. Ran out of bottles and filled a sun tea jug up for it chilled. Really good taste for what it is. To me it tastes like a dry white with a hint of apples. I am guessing the bottles I put aside for the next year to mature will taste even better. Also, gets me vury drunk.
