I am interested in making this a mini-mash (have yet to venture into full grain). http://www.beersmith.com/Recipes2/recipe_71.htm
Ideas on the grain to extract conversion? I m thinking on just using liquid extract for the base grain, but I am still new to this so any advice is welcome.
P.S. I downloaded the trial version of Beersmith2, but not sure I am doing the conversion correctly I keep getting odd results.
