I made a 5 gallon batch of root beer for the kids a few days back. if had it force carbing for 2 days now at 30 psi. I drew a pint of to check on it and there is virtually no carbonation. Just really flat.......... I'm wondering if u should expect a significant carbing period due to the thickness of the soda/syrup? it's there anything else I need to be doing?
