edit: I just saw the gif on the desktop. On the phone app I couldn't tell it was a gif. Just looked like a pic of a guy bent over. Now I really get it!!

To me, at first glance I saw an abnormal looking pecker being caressed by a chubby woman's hand. The relationship between the size of the member and the size of the hand make it appear this way to me.
The after thought was "oh its a baby grabbing a thumb"
