I put this together to use up some odd ingredients I had laying around. I figured it can't hurt to see what happens.

5lbs Wheat malt
3lbs peat smoked malt
3lbs dark DME
1 1/2lbs wildflower honey
Centennial Hops. 1oz at 60, 1oz at 20, 2oz at flameout

OG 1.057

US-05 yeast

Any thoughts or speculation on this is appreciated, even if it isn't flattering.

It'll taste like an ashtray. 3lbs of peat is a TON. 3oz would have been more appropriate.

...well, maybe not ashtray. More like a medicinal ashtray...

Hmmm, thanks for the reply wonderbread23. I like to give all my beers appropriate names. With that in mind, I'm thinking "Patty and Selma's -smoke em if you got em".
