I'm doing an American Red Ale and the recipe I have calls for
0.75 Willamette 5.5% AA 60m
0.50oz willamette 15m
0.5oz willamette 0m

But I only have about a half oz of Willamette, Oz of Mt. Hood and half oz of Cascade
How should I use them?

I am thinking of using Mt Hood @60(for bittering) then the Willamette @15

Thoughts?

I would do something like this:

.5 oz Williamette 60 min
.25 oz - .5 oz Mt Hood 60 min (adjust for the AA% of the williamette)

.5 oz Mt Hood 15 min

.5 oz Cascade 0 min

Those are all good hops so I wouldn't worry to much in fact, I would rather have this mix than a single hop of just Williamette.
