Should i use the flaked barley?

Im going for a nice session able beer

I like the grain bill. I might increase the specialties to 6oz each or maybe put more emphasis on a particular one to showcase it, but otherwise it looks good. What's your hop schedule?

I say go for it. However, you have a whole pound of extras on a light session beer. My opinion is to scale it all back to 2 oz each so you have flavor without overpowering it with extras. I have done the same in a couple recipes and thought it tasted better, and placed better in competitions. JMHO, I too am still learning and on the quest for the holy beer.

Fermenting nicely
