Hey guys,
Publius here from eastern NC. Been lurking here for awhile...have learned a ton already! I did a few batches with a Mr Beer kit my wife bought me years back, but am just now starting to get into homebrewing more seriously. Got all the essentials a few weeks ago and currently have my first batch (a belgian blonde) finishing up its third week of conditioning :rockin:.
