I had some Old Rasputin RIS this past weekend and find it phenomenal. I decided the next beer I'll do is an RIS...

What are some good hop pairing to go with?

A couple of recipes I've seen are Challenger, Golding, Columbus hops.

What else?

Fuggle hops are very common as well. Those suckers end up going in almost all of my porters/stouts.
