cacao nibs and vodka-how long will it last?

So I was going to rack my Oatmeal Stout to the secondary with my cacao nibs in vodka I let sit overnight but when I was greeted with a thick layer of Krausen I decided to let it sit for another week per some of the suggestions here.

Will my Cacao nibs be still usable after a week in the fridge in the same vodka?
 
IMO. Better, The longer you let them sit the better extraction you will get.
I once left oak chips in jack Daniel's for about a year, talk about woody!
