Recently bottled my first batch (Belgian Wit bier) and have to admit it was quite enjoyable. Now patiently awaiting the 2 week carbonation period. Next up will be an American cream ale. This forum is great as I can usually find the answer to my questions simply by reading other peoples post. 10 days and counting......
