So I am brewing my second Belgian Wit. I'd like to spice it up a bit and add some Rye to it. I also wanted to add some Willamette Hops I have. Any input on how much Rye, Hop usage etc would be appreciated since I am a noob. Heres the current recipe
4 lbs Light DME
1 lb 2-row Malt
1 lb unmalted white wheat
1/2 lb Pre-gelatinized Rolled Oats
2 oz Acidulated Malt
1 oz Saaz Hops
1 oz Bitter Orange Peel
1 oz Coriander seed
2 grams Paradise Seed
Safbrew WB-06 Dry Wheat Beer Yeast
4 lbs Light DME
