I have 19.4 ounces of Vienna lager malt hopped extract and Oktoberfest lager 1.84 pounds of Oktoberfest lager malt extract and use us-05 yeast add water till at 5 gal. I am very new to brewing. This is the process I was going to use boil 4 gals of water add the malt extract and let it boil for 60mins cool it down in the sink with water and ice than out in 5 gal carboy and add us-05 yeast
