Whats going on Home Brew Talkers???

Just brewed my first BIAB on the 20th wanted to get a few thoughts from anyone.
First off it was a one gallon SMaSH,

2lb Maris Otter
.25oz Amarillo @ 60
.25oz Amarillo @0
Irish Moss 1tsp @ 10
US 05 dry yeast

70 min mash @150
no mash out
Pre Boil Gravity 1.032
Post Boil 1.044

I guess my questions are 1, What shoud I be expecting taste wise when all said and done, and 2, I have never seen so much trube before in my extracts kits, is this normal US-05 at work?
