Does anybody have a strawberry wine recipe they would mind sharing? I would prefer to make it using wild yeast as that is how i make my muscadine wine. I am not advanced enough in wine making to get too technical with things but would be open to trying any recipe. Would like to get it started asap before this years crop is gone. Thanks
 
I will say i am not against using yeast but i do not have all of the other ingredients i see in alot of recipes that call for yeast to be added
 
I recently did the following in a strawberry mead and the results where great. You would just use sugar instead of honey and match the gravity. It will be slightly more sugar by weight than honey. Ill post the link to the thread. :
