Arsenic in Beer - Filtering to Blame

It turns out that any beer or wine that's clear has been filtered to strain out plant matter, yeast and anything else that would leave a drink looking unappealingly cloudy.

I have to question this. My beer is pretty clear, and I don't filter. I find that a combination of cold crashing and force carbing gives a pretty clear product.

I can also think of at least some (small) commercial breweries with beer that is as clear as what you'd get from the big boys that don't filter either.
