I'm about to brew my first batch alone and I plan on it being an all grain pale ale. I've brewed a rye IPA and a Berliner Weiss with some friends but am wanting to venture out and brew some styles I enjoy. I'll post the pale ale recipe over in the recipe forum when I've got it all ironed out. Looking forward to getting into the community!
