I made the exact opposite thread last week. This time around, the Beer Gods have smiled upon me like I have a beard or something..
I have today and tomorrow off at work. My LHBS is closed tomorrow, so I wanted to go and get my next beer ingredients to brew tomorrow AM. Problem s that I need to use the cake that is under a beer happily fermenting away, and all my kegs are in use.
So, lo and behold, the hydrometer tells me I am finished fermenting, I pick up my ingredients and come home and after three pints, the keg kicks to make room for the one that is finished fermenting. Pipeline perfection.
Did everything work out for you this weekend?
