Homebrew 101

Hey all,

Tomorrow marks the day for my first batch of beer. I've done my homework and researched thoroughly to understand the conceptual nature of homebrewing. As a fellow beer lover, any tips for me?

relax and don't sweat the small stuff. double check all ur equipment ahead of time so u know where its at and what u have.

And since its ur first time and u don't have a previous batch of home brew to enjoy while brewing this one, go to the store and buy urself a nice $10 to sip on while ur brewing.

I'll be brewing up my first batch, as well. And I'd like to add that following the advice of drinking a beer while brewing your own is a great one. I mean, you need bottles to bottle your homebrew when it's ready, right? Why pay for brand new empties when it's so much more fun to empty the pre-filled ones? And what better time to do that than during the brewing of your first batch? Brilliant!
