Kegging to Nitro

There's no "nitro carbonating." Carb to a low level with CO2 (maybe 1.5 volumes? Others can chime in that have actually done it), then use the beergas to push it through the restrictor faucet.
I carb with 8 psi for 2 weeks at 39* then hook to my blend at 30 psi

That is pretty much whatI do, except I set my beergas at 35.
