I'm trying to add Carabohemian Malt from Weyermann to Beersmith. I need some help filling out the numbers? Here's what I've been able to gather from some online research
190-201 EBC, 71.8-79.3 L SRM = EBC * .508
15-20% Max
73% Yield = 1.034 SG Potential
6.5% Moisture

But I'm stuck on these
Coarse Fine Difference
Diastatic Power
Protein

Can anyone help? Thanks!

I was trying to build this recipe
https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f12/stone-15th-anniversary-escondidian-imperial-black-ipa-clone-282914/ in BeerSmith. I'll get around to brewing it eventually.

After getting advice on another forum, http://www.thebrewingnetwork.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=30499, I pretty much left it as it is above. The recipe numbers seem to work out. Let me know if you have a chance to try it.

Brad announced that more updates to BeerSmith are coming now that he's down with the mobile apps. I should write him to see if this will be included in the next release.

I looked at it closer and you seem to be spot on for almost everything but it would be nice to have some updated ingredients for beersmith. I had to add crystal 15L and 150L last night as well.

I am just curious if there is any protein or diastatic power. I may try emailing Weyermann. I will let you know if they give me any further details.
