2352 issues - Sn setting not working? not displaying the right temps.

Hi,
I just set up my 2352.

I had it working but it was over shooting my temps by like 12 degrees.
I tried to run auto tune a few times and then the PV temps went crazy.
It is in the 6XX range now.

I have verified the Sn setting to be 21 10 times, which is what the tech support guy said to set it to... again, it WAS reading temps correctly for a while.

I did not bump/change/damage the sensor/thermo/wires either.

Is there another setting?
Is there a factory reset to default values?
Seems like I boinked it up when I adjusted settings during an auto tune or something like that.

I reset my settings to factory default values and when I set the d setting the temp magically started show in Fahrenheit.

Now I am auto tuning again.....
