I'm about to brew a black ipa with some us o5 I top cropped 5 days ago. Mr malty say I need 131 ml of yeast or 240 billion cells. I don't know if I collected enough yeast. The og of the beer is 1.072. Can anyone eyeball up and guesstimate how much yeast I have

If that is a 12 oz bottle, then that is not nearly 130 mL. 12 oz =~ 355 mL, so you'd want almost a third of a bottle.

Looks to be ~50 ml. It might work. Try it, but have some yeast available if it doesn't take off.

The jar is about 24 oz. I do have dry yeast so maybe I'll try it. Even if it takes off could there be other problems if I under pitch

If you have around 50ml of one week old yeast then make a 2L starter with it now and that will give you what you need.

I was hoping to just repitch without a starter but I might have to make one now.
