Could this canned fruit be used for brewing?

I don't see why not aside from it containing adjuncts.
But I think most would be removed if drained.
Ingredients: Pitted Cherries, Water, Corn Syrup, Sugar

yes you can. I use a lot of "Oregon" brand canned fruit , mostly for melomels.

all canned fruit is cooked so pectin haze can be a problem
 
Would Irish Moss help clear that up? and do you suggest draining the syrup?
