I just bottled some Nothwesr Pale Ale, for the first time I used a bottling wand. Aren't those things fantastic? A few drips, but nothing else. If anyone doesn't have one, go out and get one.

My starter kit from my LHBS came with one, so I never knew any different. Works wonders though. Especially if you put your bottling bucket up on a bench and attached the wand with a short length of tube.

I kinda put my first equipment kit together from scraps, so I didn't have one for my first two batches, and my beer was awesome up until I bottled it. After splashing it around a bit, it turned out to be oxidized (the first a lot more than the second). Best investment ever at $3.99.
