Ok, I have been working on converting a vintage minifridge and I have ran into a few issues. So I was wanting to make a temporary keg until I get a few things worked out with it. I recently received a portable air conditioner unit. I think this thing has great potential. I was thinking I want to use this in a fermenter. Maybe have a tap on top for a keg or two. Here are some pictures of it with and without the casing. Anyone have any thoughts? I was planing on making out of just plywood and insulating it with the foam boards from Home Depot. I was also wanting to keep it pretty cheap.
