Grain:
9 lbs 5.9 oz Pale Malt
2 lbs 5.0 oz Pale Malt, Maris Otter
1 lbs 5.0 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine
12.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L
12.0 oz Munich Malt - 10L
6.0 oz Caramunich Malt

Mash at 152F for 60 minutes.

Hops:
1.00 oz Magnum [13.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min
0.50 oz Centennial [8.70 %] - Boil 60.0 min
1.00 oz Centennial [8.70 %] - Boil 20.0 min
2.00 oz Centennial [8.70 %] - Boil 0.0 min ***(Cool wort to ~150F then add hops)
2.50 oz Centennial [8.70 %] - Dry Hop 7 Days


5/9/13 I just brewed this today. I will post updates once it's finished.
 
I pulled a sample today while dry hopping and it finished a 1.013. The sample was delicious. I will be kegging the beer in a few days.
 
I did a side by side and mine has more aroma because it's so new. I think once it sits for a couple more weeks it will be spot on.
 
OP, I am in love with this beer and must attempt a clone. What was the final verdict on your recipe? Any tweaks? Looks great!!
 
How are you doing a centennial clone but using more than just centennial hops. Doesn't sound right to me...
