What type of beer would this be considered?

3oz Roasted Barley

s-04 dry yeast
Willamette Hops
 
General rule of thumb, if it has Roasted Barley, it's a stout!

Maybe, not with only 3 ounces.

Generally roasted barley in small amounts is for color, so I'd call this a red. It's not really an Irish red with willamette hops, but it's not really an American red with S04 yeast- so it's just a "red" in my opinion! :p
 
I could pitch it onto an existing us-05 yeast cake and make it an American Red but I was kind of looking forward to the S-04 as I've never brewed with it before.
