I have a Omega Micromega CN77323 PID
http://www.omega.com/Manuals/manualpdf/M2491.pdf

Below is a page from from the manual. It says a 100mA T as minimum for power.
I am not familiar with electronics but have followed some of PJ diagrams and feel comfortable with everything else. However, all of his have Auber PIDs and I just want to be sure.

I was going to use a 1 amp fuse for both the power and the ssr.

That'll be fine. Make it fast blow. The fuse is mainly to protect the wiring if the electronics shorts out.
