After about three days from brew day my one gallon "test" batch amber ale was looking good, but I come back from being out of town and I see this....

Is my beer ruined and if not how should I fix this? Just replace the bubbler with a clean one and hope for the best??

Good news is the 5 gallon Brown next to it looks gorgeous...so not all is lost!

Thanks!

It should be fine. We've all had blowouts. The pressure from the active fermentation should have prevented anything from getting in. Clean up, reinstall the airlock and in the future try a blowoff hose for early stages of fermentation.
