I moved houses this past week and had to take a carboy from one place to the other during primary. The beer is a Belgian Wit and had already been going for a week. It should have had a nice co2 blanket on it, but I am just worried about any damage that could have happened from the drive. It was only 20 minutes and I took it slow, but it did slosh around some. Will I experience any oxidation do you think? Autolysis?

probably fine, but you'll know if it oxidized if you get that wet cardboard taste. Just roll with it and see how it comes out.
