I try to wash and store yeast whenever possible. Today I did an impromptu cider (1.052 OG) with a lager yeast. Unfortunately it was my last mason jar of this strand. If I wash this yeast after my cider ferments out, do you think any off flavors would transfer over into a beer it's pitched in to? My guess is no but I'd like to hear opinions.

You should be good.

Generally people don't recommend going from fermenting simple sugars (cider) to complex sugars (beer), but I suspect you will not have any issues on a one-time basis.
