So I bought a couple ECY vials from Joe about a month ago, Ive used ECY08 a few times and just prefer 3711 and 565 in my Saisons a bit more so I'm not even sure why I bought it.
The production date is 3/10/13 I believe, and its unopened of course. I can double check when I get home but it was dated in March, and youre not going to get much more fresh unless you scored on Love2Brew the other day.
