Okay... Just wondering how they compare and if any-one has any preferences/opinions.

Cool thanks.

I'm doing a two gallon batch of American Pale Ale (which calls for Nottingham) and a one gallon batch of Grapefruit Honey Ale which calls for "English Ale Yeast". Wondering if both could use the same yeast (as combined it's only 3 gallons and, goldarnit I'm *CHEAP* [and proud of it!]). I think I want the Grapefruit Honey Ale to be frutier though. So I guess I'll get both...

Use hops for grapefruit flavor. Try galaxy with 1056 with that one

Thanks. But I'm not asking about the hops. I'm asking about the yeast.
