The forecast here in southern Indiana is showing some rain for the next week or so. We got 2 inches already today and I'm wondering if I shld cover my hop mound?
My mound is about 6in high and a foot deep with organic top soil and its somewhat sandy and is covered with some wood landscaping mulch. Shld I worry about covering the 3in sprouts I have or let it rain down? I just don't want my first year rhizomes getting too much water.
