What might cause something like this? Copper tube feeding pilot assembly doesn't appear to be pinched anywhere. The pilot on the next burner over with identical hardware burns perfectly. We have tried adjusting the pilot via the Honeywell adjustment screw; this results in no change. Both Honeywells are receiving identical LPG PSI. This particular Honeywell works perfectly except for this crazy pilot flame.

TIA

Sorry! New to YouTube / Picasa. Anyway, I figured it out. The tiny orifice inside the pilot had an opening that was larger than the others, by microns probably. You could barely tell. Replaced that with a new one and the pilot started working as normal. Another Brutus 10 knockoff is now complete. Ten weeks and $3K later we're ready to roll. Pics to come soon.

Yeah that looked like the same furnace pilots that I use... the larger pilot insert is for natural gas, which is probably what it came pre-configured with. Glad you got it worked out.
