Hey guys,

quick question.

i have a 3 way manifold for my kegging and each outlet has a 1/4" ball valve with the built in check valves. when the valve is open or closed it seems ok, but if it's in the middle it leaks CO2 like crazy. now i always keep the valves fully closed or open, but i wonder how much CO2 i'm loosing from the valves since they leak like crazy. i sprayed them with soapy water solution and star san and i see no bubbles.

anyone else have an issue with them?? for a SS valve they seem like complete garbage to me. i run a mechanical shop for a mining company and even cheap brass valves don't leak like that.

guess i'll order some new ones.
