I have successfully finished and drank my first brew and started my second. After completing the first brew I decided to make a "fermentation chamber" with an old fridge, which has come together nicely and have made controlling the temperature for the fermentation alot easier. Especially now we are getting the hotter weather in the UK.
I enjoyed making my own beer and always like hearing the experience from other people. So if you like to share any experience or techniques you do than I like to listen.
