Recently upgraded slightly to doing full boils of extract kits, great results.. Anyone have thoughts on a good spring beer extract kit??

i just did a irish red ale, its my spring beer. 5% light body beer is great after a winter of porter and stouts in the 8-9% range. Cant wait until summer to do a Saison.

I like a lighter Belgian beer for spring. A nice wit or even a lower gravity saison are both easy drinkers, an American wheat would be nice for spring as well.

I am a fan of the spring bocks if you are capable of lagering but I second the Irish red if you aren't.

Any PA/APA/IPA is great in spring to me. Brewing a PM NZ IPA next to use up some NZ hops I have in the freezer.
