Ok gurus, I'm toying with a 3 gallon wheat beer PM and I need someone to run the numbers and give any advice. Here goes:

1lb Best Malz pilsner
1lb Best Malz pale wheat OR 1 lb Canada malting rye malt
.25lb honey malt
1 oz tettnanger
2 lbs Breiss Wheat DME
Safebrew WB-06

My plan is to do a BIAB mash/sparge with the grains, 2 gallon boil for a full hour. I'm thinking .5 oz hops for 60 mins, .25 for 10 mins and .25 at flame out. Since I rarely have access to a computer I have no idea what the numbers are going to look like on this. Any advice/criticisms are greatly appreciated!

OK...

I've had some financial issues as of late, so I never got this going. Looks like it's going on the back burner until this next spring/summer.
