I had white stuff in my fermentor coming up when I was transferring into my bottling buckets. Is this normal or is my batch shot? Thanks.

You disturbed the thick layer of gunk (called "trub") on the bottom of the fermenter. A little bit isn't going to hurt anything. It will settle out a little in the bottling bucket, and will definately settle out in the bottles over time.

Yeast is kinda a milky white or off-white.

It's probably fine, but if you want to know for sure, post a picture!

It's already bottled I guess I will see in few weeks when I drink it
