I'm already planning my Dec-Feb and plan to bulk age RIS that I brew w/in the next few weeks. I've been on a Imperial Stout kick recently after trying IRS, Parabola and some barrel aged stouts. Currently I have a RIS fermenting with Abbey Ale II but want to plan two more RIS for the end of the year but don't have that much experience with all the different yeast types. I'd like something different or exotic.
