Apfelwein 4-5 months still carb?

I have some of Edworts apfelwein and I am going to bottle it. It has been sitting in the primary for about 4 months at least. I would like to carb it and was just wondering if there will still be any yeast around to carb it up or should I just bottle it flat and mix it with Sprite or something?

I aged mine four months before bottling and it took over 2 months to naturally carb in the bottle. Even though it looks clear, there's still some yeast around to do the job(slowly). It's well worth the wait though. I think it is much better carbonated.
