Has anyone tried Goose Islands Night Stalker or Big John stout(s) or Bell's Expedition Stout? (my assumption is yes)
Three of the best stouts I have ever tasted. I would love to find a recipe for something like those three beers. I looked through the recipe pages, but none of the titles suggested they would be a clone.
Also looking for a caramel rye recipe, nothing seems to exist out there, unless I am mistaken I had one at a brew pub several years ago.
