I've got over 5 BIAB batches under my belt, & I double crush my grain at my LHS.
If & when a recipe recommends doing a decoction mash, (1qt/1lb)
would the crush of the grist play a factor? Or should I just increase the amount of grain & just single crush it? Any thoughts?

A decoction can help release starches that a poor crush could keep hidden from the enzymes. I'm not sure what you mean by BIAB decoction. That can't work. You would kill the enzymes. You still need another pot. You could do a sort of a mashout decoction but there would be no efficiency benefit. Any starches released in the boil could not be converted.
