Hello all, Newbie here but I need some input concerning a Hefe. I am currently fermenting a Blood orange hefe, however in the primary I used Blood orange juice rather than parts of the actual orange. I took a gravity reading prior to adding the orange juice and failed to take one after, i would assume this would increase the sugars and in turn raise the gravity, is there a way to estimate the gravity after the fact to get a more accurate final ABV? Thanks!

I would imagine you could use the nutrition facts on the container to figure that out.

example: 1qt with 28g per 8oz serving size.
28g/8oz*32oz = ~4oz sugar
0.25lb * 40ppg / 5gal = increase of 1.002
