Well another lesson learned: don't be in a rush at the LHBS. Glancing at my ingredients hurriedly (someone was waiting behind me) I added 8 oz of caramunich instead of 1 oz. For a 3 gallon batch that worked out to 8 oz Caramunich and also 6 oz Munich, combining for 12% of my fermentables. This is Jamil's recipe. Any opinions on what this might do to my beer?
