I brewed an IPA over a week ago and it went from 1.o45 to 1.007 that's what 3.75 abv ?? I used
6.6 golden LME
8oz pilsner
8oz cara wheat
3oz Citra in boil
1oz simcoe dry hop
1056 American ale yeast
And Irish moss
I tried it out of the siphon it taste AMAZING but weak !
Any ideas

Almost 5% ABV. Sounds like a pretty good beer, if maybe on the light side for an IPA with that OG. What do you mean by "weak"--mouthfeel? Let it sit for awhile, 1 week isn't enough time to make any real determination as to the final product.

When OG/SG are on the low side, it will taste weak when not carbonated. Try carbonating it at above style level (eg 2.9 or 3.0 bars). That should give a dry and refreshing summer IPA.

lol. yeah low og...what did you expect.

maybe stronger than you thought:drunk:
